Reviews and Ratings
I had a lovely stay at The Rockwell, where the friendly staff made me feel truly welcome. The hotel is clean, and I found my room to be spacious and equipped with all the necessities. I particularly enjoyed the beautiful courtyard garden for evening drinks, though the public restroom could use a hand dryer for convenience.
My stay at The Rockwell was quite enjoyable, with a fantastic location near Earl's Court station and a lovely courtyard garden. The staff were friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome. However, the room, while spacious, had some minor maintenance issues that could use attention.
My stay at The Rockwell was enjoyable overall, with a perfect location near Earls Court tube station and friendly staff that made me feel welcome. However, my room had a strong cigarette smell, which detracted from my experience, and the bar was disappointingly understocked. While I appreciated the good breakfast options, the coffee replenishment in my room was lacking compared to my previous stays.
I had a wonderful stay at The Rockwell, especially for our wedding anniversary, where we received an upgrade that made the experience even more special. The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, and I loved the cleanliness of our room and the powerful shower. The only downside was that my initial room wasn't as spacious as I hoped, and there was a bit of noise from the nearby elevator. Still, I would definitely return for the great service and lovely atmosphere.
My stay at The Rockwell was a mixed experience. The location near Albert Hall was perfect, making it easy to navigate the city, but I was disappointed with the room size and lack of atmosphere in the bar. While the staff were friendly and accommodating, the breakfast service could be improved for a better experience.
